Neal Reisch, a native of Chesapeake who spent his summers in OBX, returned to the area permanently after earning his business degree from ECU. He began his career working in the marine and residential construction industry, leveraging his gained knowledge and experience to eventually pursue his dream of establishing his own construction company. Neal has always had an interest in construction and working with his hands, so naturally it was an ideal fit. Outside of work, Neal finds enjoyment in fishing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
